Welcome to Anointed Garments LLC ("Anointed Garments," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Anointed Garments website, online store, products, services, and related features (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise interacting with our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by you, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Our current Refund Policy states that, because certain Anointed Garments pieces are made to order, returns or exchanges for sizing issues or changes of mind may not be accepted. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders may qualify for a replacement or refund under the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate or restrict any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Anointed Garments name, trademarks, logos, designs, graphics, photographs, product designs, written content, videos, artwork, slogans, website content, and other original materials associated with our Services are owned by or licensed to Anointed Garments LLC and may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Unless we give you written permission, you may not:

  • copy or reproduce our original designs or content for commercial purposes;

  • use the Anointed Garments name or logo in a way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement;

  • reproduce our product designs for resale;

  • modify or create commercial derivative works from our copyrighted materials; or

  • use our intellectual property in a manner that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Your purchase of an Anointed Garments product does not transfer ownership of our intellectual-property rights to you.

10. CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, photograph, video, suggestion, idea, or other feedback to Anointed Garments ("Feedback"), you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit it.

By submitting Feedback, you grant Anointed Garments a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, and distribute that Feedback for purposes related to our business, including marketing and promoting our products and Services.

We will not knowingly misrepresent a customer's experience or use a testimonial in a misleading manner.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store, but purchases made through our store are transactions between you and Anointed Garments LLC.

Shopify is not responsible for the products we sell, the fulfillment of our orders, our refunds or returns, or disputes between you and Anointed Garments.

Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and policies.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANOINTED GARMENTS LLC, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM RIGHTS OR REMEDIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

This provision does not require you to indemnify us for losses caused by our own unlawful conduct or for any liability that cannot legally be shifted to you.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.
